Our CEO
Daniel Boey
Mr. Boey comes to World Vision Malaysia with 35 years of experience across industries covering distribution, retail, manufacturing and logistics. He has spent 20 of those years managing companies in Malaysia and overseas and he is particularly well versed in FMCG and food supply chain.
Married with two children, Mr. Boey holds an MBA from Deakin University, Australia and is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK). He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies from Seminari Theoloji Malaysia.
Mr. Boey joins World Vision Malaysia as the Chief Executive Officer from November 2017.

Jacob Lee Chor Kok
Mr. Lee is the Managing Director of Asli Mechanical Sdn Bhd and the current Selangor Branch Chairman of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers. An active leader in the Chinese Methodist Church circle, he is Chairman of Methodist Crisis Relief & Development and also serves on the Board of Beautiful Gate Foundation for the Disabled.
Mr Lee joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2016 and was appointed Chair of the Board in October 2019.

Janet Yap Seong Yong
Ms. Yap was the Managing Director of Accenture Malaysia, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. She was part of Accenture for over 30 years, building a career in programme and project management, as well as system implementation. Having retired from Accenture, she now heads Cancer Research Malaysia as its CEO. She also serves as a non-Executive Director on the OCBC board.
One of the few women technology leaders in Malaysia, Ms. Yap was the inclusion and diversity lead for the Accenture office in Malaysia, as well as the Corporate Social Responsibility lead for Malaysia for a number of years. She joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2015 and was appointed as Vice Chair in 2020.

Chen Lee Won
Ms. Chen is practising as a lawyer with a law firm in Kuala Lumpur and is also concurrently a Partner of a law firm in Singapore. She has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law. She joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2020.

Esther Ong Chen Woon
Ms. Ong has been the Chief Investment Officer of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad since August 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in managing investments for the insurance and asset management industry. She has also been the commander of the Royal Rangers KL1 outpost for the past 10 years.
Ms. Ong joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2019.

Datuk Ho Hon Sang
Datuk Ho is the CEO of Mah Sing Group Berhad, the current Deputy Chairman of Rehda Selangor, National Council Member of Rehda Malaysia and National Committee Member of FIABCI Malaysia. He has been in the property development business for the past 25 years. He joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2019.

Rev. Dr. Lim Kar Yong
Rev. Dr. Lim Kar Yong is a Lecturer of New Testament Studies, Director of Postgraduate Studies, and Director of the Centre for Bible Engagement at Seminari Theoloji Malaysia. He also lectures at other seminaries in the region. He is an ordained minister with the Anglican Diocese of West Malaysia.
He joined the Board of World Vision Malaysia in 2016.

Emeritus Prof. Dr P.T. Thomas
Dr. Thomas is currently the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at Taylor’s University. He joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2016.

Tammy Toh Seok Kheng
Ms. Toh is the Director of Communications at Astro Malaysia, a leading media group in Malaysia. She has vast experience leading external and internal communications for public listed corporations as well as national family-owned businesses in a broad array of industries. As part of her role, she also looks after the corporate responsibility and stakeholder management portfolio for Astro, striving to make a difference in the community.
Ms. Toh joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2020.
Special Responsibilities: Strategy and Resource Development
Hank Du
Mr. Du is the Regional Leader-Asian Markets for World Vision International. Graduating with a MBA in Management Sciences from Tamkang University in Taiwan, he previously served as a Senior Vice General Manager at Microsoft Taiwan and was the Executive Director of World Vision Taiwan.
He joined the World Vision Malaysia Board in 2014.
