Feed Children, Nourish Communities
Through Community Kitchens for Parents
Malaysia may have a reputation as a foodie’s paradise, but malnutrition is a hidden health crisis affecting many children:
Community Kitchens for Parents
Our nutrition habits are shaped at home. Give RM300 to turn a parent into a culinary champion through six transformative sessions, graduating with recipes and tools to craft nutritious meals for their children.

“From this Community Kitchen, we gained a lot of knowledge about nutrition and health [such as] vitamins and the Food Pyramid. We can put together good menus for our families.” – Pn. Hazlina
“We got to learn menus that we haven’t done before, like Korean, and many varieties of healthy food.” – Pn. Hairiah

Become a Monthly Giver!
Making Malaysia a better home for every child is something we’re passionate about – but not something we can do alone. Every month, over 2,000 Malaysians partner with us to help local children and families beat back malnutrition and build a future beyond poverty.
Here’s Where Your Gift’s Impact Will Hit Home:

Our accounts are audited by an external accounting firm and are available to sponsors and donors on request. Annual reviews are sent to all sponsors. You may also participate in World Vision-organised group visits to your sponsored child’s community to learn more about the development programmes being carried out.
At World Vision, we seek to ensure that all resources entrusted to us are used as efficiently and effectively as possible. If donations exceed what is needed, or where local conditions prevent programme implementation, World Vision will redirect funds to equally important programmes that help children and families in need.
We will provide a report on how the gifts were delivered and the implementation of supporting programmes. The report for this year’s Giving Catalogue will be available in our Annual Review in mid-2027.
Be among the first to receive the latest news and updates on our work, stories of children and communities, and opportunities to make a difference.
