Develops and manages corporate and strategic partnerships to drive fundraising growth and CSR collaboration. Focuses on partnership acquisition, relationship stewardship, and fundraising coordination.
• Identify, research, and engage potential corporate partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate donors and partners
• Support development of partnership proposals and sponsorship decks
• Ensure timely stewardship through impact updates and communication
• Support implementation of corporate fundraising strategies
• Coordinate fundraising channels (F2F, telemarketing, roadshows)
• Prepare proposals and presentations for corporate prospects
• Maintain positive donor relationships and CRM records
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, or CSR
• Experience in proposal development and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
