• Design visual content across digital platforms (social, email, website)
• Create ad creative for digital advertising platforms
• Create multimedia content including graphics and short-form videos
• Work with marketing and cross-functional teams
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback
• Stay updated with design and digital storytelling trends
• Maintain high aesthetic standards and brand consistency
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Media Production, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content creation or video production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to shoot and film; familiarity with social media formats is an advantage
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
