Supports financial integrity, sustainability, and accountability by ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting. Responsible for maintaining sound financial records and providing financial insights.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records per accounting standards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and donor requirements
• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports
• Track financial trends, variances, and expenditure patterns
• Assist in internal and external audit processes
• Support implementation of internal controls and risk mitigation
• Provide financial guidance to departments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Familiarity with NGO or donor-funded environments is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Good command of English (Mandarin is an advantage)
