Finance Manager

Oversees financial operations, planning, and reporting to ensure strong financial discipline, compliance, and decision support. Responsible for driving financial accuracy and enabling managers to take budget ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Work with department heads to develop realistic budgets

• Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounting and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and donor regulations

• Coordinate internal and external audits

• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships

• Supervise and develop finance team members

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred

• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination

• Experience in NGO or donor-funded environment is an advantage
