• Lead design, development, and implementation of meaningful data reports
• Establish and maintain a robust data glossary for organizational use

• Design and implement standardized post-project evaluation framework

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, IT leadership, or digital transformation
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
