Head of Marketing

Provides strategic leadership across Marketing Campaigns, Corporate Engagement, Digital Marketing, and Volunteer Management. Responsible for shaping the organization's marketing strategy, driving brand growth, and delivering fundraising results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing and fundraising strategies

• Oversee campaign calendars, brand positioning, and messaging direction

• Lead and develop the Marketing division, guiding team leads and managers

• Strengthen relationships with major donors, CSR partners, and ambassadors

• Ensure alignment of digital marketing, storytelling, and brand messaging

• Oversee department budgets and ROI reporting

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in marketing, fundraising, or related leadership roles

• Proven track record in leading teams and strategy development

• Strong business acumen, brand leadership, and cross-functional management skills
