• Manage and support key business systems (CRM, HRIS, Finance tools)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution
• Support system integration between internal systems
• Collaborate with departments to understand requirements

• Participate in planning and testing of system upgrades
• Train end-users on new systems
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or system administration
• Strong knowledge of database management and reporting tools
