• Lead development of integrated marketing campaigns
• Define campaign objectives, messaging, and channel strategies
• Own end-to-end campaign execution from planning to evaluation
• Manage agencies, vendors, and partners independently
• Analyse campaign performance data and derive insights
• Recommend and implement improvements for engagement and ROI

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or campaign management
• Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
