People & Culture Senior Associate (Talent & Learning)

Drives talent management and learning agenda to support organizational growth, performance excellence, and staff development. Focuses on talent acquisition, learning programs, and fostering a culture of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs

• Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines

• Manage onboarding programs and orientation

• Support design and implementation of training plans

• Coordinate learning administration (calendars, tracking, reporting)

• Support execution of performance management cycles

• Contribute to engagement and recognition initiatives

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and learning & development

• Experience in performance management and talent development preferred

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

• Good English (Mandarin is an advantage)
