Making Subsequent Contributions

If you have not activated your My World Vision web portal account, please refer to the steps to do so here.

 

Once you have done so, you can make subsequent contributions by doing the following:

  • Sign in to your web portal account and click on ‘My Giving’
  • Under ‘Subsequent Contribution’, select the pledge(s) for which you want to make a subsequent contribution
  • Click on the orange ‘Make Contribution’ button on the top right corner of the table
  • Click on ‘Checkout’ and select your preferred contribution mode 
  • Follow through with the checkout process

Updating Credit Card Details

If you have not activated your My World Vision web portal account, please refer to the steps to do so here.

 

Once you have done so, you can update your credit card details by doing the following:

  • Sign in to your web portal account and click on ‘My Giving’
  • Click the ‘Credit Card/Debit Card Information’ tab on the left
  • Select the pledge(s) for which you want to update your credit card information
  • Click on the orange ‘Update Card Info’ button on the top right corner of the table
  • Fill in your new credit/debit card information, click ‘Update’ to receive the OTP and complete the submission
  • You will receive a notification that you have successfully submitted your updated credit/debit card information via email.
